our recent stay at the inn was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations from our previous visit in benoni. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, arranging taxis and being flexible with our flight delays. The owner personally welcomed us for our late check-in and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, quiet and secure neighborhood, good wifi, expansive garden or golf course views, excellent full English breakfast. Perfect for overnight stopovers from OR Tambo to Kruger Park.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the linen was spotless. The hospitality was outstanding, with extra blankets provided without even having to ask. The floors were carpeted and impeccably clean. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was a great option. The staff, especially Christina, were incredibly friendly and made my stay very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is also very convenient, being close to the airport and other popular destinations like the Cradle of Humankind, Soweto, and the Apartheid Museum.
Couldn't stay longer.

The Willow Inn exceeded our expectations with its superb staff and beautiful location. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a bathroom that felt like a dream. The lodge is situated in a secure enclosure, ideal for golfers, and is located in a very nice neighborhood. The service provided by Francois and his team was outstanding, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds of the lodge were well-maintained. We can't wait to return and see the new additions after the refurbishment.
There was a slight inconvenience with the dining room being unavailable due to refurbishment.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and cheerful, and they went out of their way to help me find a charger for my old phone. The overall standard of the hotel was reasonable, and the cleanliness was commendable.
There were some small irritations during my stay. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, especially during the warmer months.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows on the bed. The common areas, such as the living and dining area, were welcoming and well-maintained. The pool was a great addition for a refreshing swim in the hot weather.
The lack of air conditioning was a major inconvenience, especially during the summer months. The staff, particularly Amelia, lacked communication skills and failed to prioritize airport transfers.
